The highest standard of sterling in Canada is from Birks. Here we have a a loose leaf tea strainer in sterling silver, in the Louis pattern. It was probably made from 1900-1940. The two-handled strainer sits over top of your cup and catches tea leaves when you pour tea from a pot. In good vintage condition.
